【摘要】 对鄂西地区的 39个外部形态差异较大的柚样品的花外部形态与花粉粒形态进行了观察与测量 ,并应用邓肯氏多重差异范围测验法对各样品之间的花粉粒大小进行了显著性差异测验。结果表明 ,各样品在花瓣大小、雄蕊数目等形态指标上存在差异 ;从花粉大小、花粉形状方面比较 ,绝大多数样品之间在花粉形态上表现出显著差异 ,这也说明收集到的资源存在较丰富的遗传变异。同时对资源收集过程中可能出现的问题也进行了探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 Pollen and flower morphology of Citrus grandis different in form was studied through observation and measurement.To measure the differences of pollen size among the materials ,the Duncan’s multiple difference range tests were made.The results showed that :(1)the petal size ,the stamen number differ considerably among the samples;(2)most samples demonstrated apparent variances through comparing the size and shape of the pollens .This indicated that abundant hereditary variations exist in the collect ed resources .Also, the problems in the process of collection were discussed.更多还原
