【摘要】 采用爱捷运动录像测量分析系统 ,对我国优秀女子背越式跳高运动员起跳过程中摆动腿技术进行细致的分析 ,结果表明 :在整个起跳过程中摆动腿摆动角速度增大可使身体重心垂直速度增大 ,身体重心高度增加 ;身体重心水平速度损失发生在起跳腿支撑过程的缓冲阶段 ;提高摆动腿摆动速度 ,可减小起跳腿着地时所产生的冲击力 ,使缓冲时间相应缩短 ,提高腾起垂直初速度更多还原

【Abstract】 With AIJIE video and measure system, the swinging leg skills of excellent women jumper in taking off in fastback are analyzed in the paper. The result indicates that increasing the angel speed of swinging leg can cause the vertical speed of gravy center going up in the whole process of high jump and horizontal speed lose most at the moment of leg supporting. Increasing swinging speed of swinging leg can reduce force of the leg taking off at touching the land so as to shorten the buffering time causing to acquire vertical speed.更多还原
