【摘要】 用甘蔗幼叶作外植体进行离体培养 ,比较不同外源激素对愈伤组织的诱导和再生植株分化的影响。结果表明 :同一浓度的 2 ,4— D较 NAA的诱导率高 ,6—BA的浓度为 1 .0 mg.L-1有利于再生植株的分化 ,所形成试管苗移栽成活率较高更多还原

【Abstract】 In vitro culture of young leaves of sugarcane,compared with effects of exogenous hormones on induction and differentiation of callus,The results showed that at the same concentration the induction rate of 2,4 D treated callus is higher than that of NAA treated callus at 1 0mg·L -1 of 6 BA,differentiation of plantlent regeneration is better and survival,rate of tube seedling transplantation is higher.更多还原
