【摘要】 形成于战国后期的《商君书·徕民篇》是先秦时期移民思想的集中体现和发展完善 ,它第一次明确提出了双重性的移民目的 ,第一次对移民活动进行可行性分析 ,同时还第一次明确提出鼓励移民的优惠政策 ,这些思想极大地丰富了中国古代移民理论。尽管由于时代条件的限制 ,这些思想未能付诸实践 ,但却对后世移民活动产生了重要的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emigration Section of Shang Jun Shu ,written in the late period of Warring Kingdom,is a representative of emigration thoughts in the early Qin Period,which for the first time put forward the duality of emigration purposes, for the first time analyzed the feasibility,and also for the first time put forward the preferential policies to encourage emigrants.These thoughts,though not put into practice due to inadequate conditions,greatly enriched the theories of Chinese ancient emigration and brought some insights into later emigration activities.更多还原
