两级厌氧工艺处理茶多酚废水的工业化研究
Anaerobic Treatment of Tea Ployphenols Wastewater by Industrial Scale of Two Stages of UASB Reactor
【摘要】 研究了工业规模两级 UASB反应器在不同温度、不同运行方式下对茶多酚废水的处理效能。结果表明 ,将一级高温 UASB与一级中温 UASB反应器串联 ,系统出水水质最佳。当系统 ρ(进水 COD) 2 1 0 0 7~ 2 5 772 mg/L,有机负荷 (以 COD计 ) 8.2 kg/( m3·d)左右 ,系统 ρ(出水 COD)可降低到 1 5 6 8mg/L以下。
【Abstract】 The two stages of UASB reactor for the treatment of tea ployphenols’ wastewater is studied.The result shows that the best process is the combination of one thermophilic UASB reactor and one mesophilic UASB reactor.With the influent COD of 21 007~25 772 mg/L and under proper operation conditions,the effluent COD and organic loading rate of the composite system reach 1 500 mg/L and 8.2 kg/(m 3·d),respectively.
