【摘要】 传统的二段中和法生产饲料级磷酸氢钙 ,虽操作简便 ,但不足之处是磷酸中的P2 O5只有 40 %～ 6 0 %能够转化为产品 ,因此生产成本高。所研究的“复合沉淀脱氟法”,脱氟性能稳定 ,可使磷酸中的 P2 O5转化率提高到 80 %～ 96 % ,生产成本降低 2 0 % ,该方法已获得国家发明专利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although it is simple and easy to produce calcium hydrogenphosphate by the traditinal method of two steps neutralization,the shortcoming is that conversion rate of P 2O 5 is only 40%~60%,which means higher output cost. A new method of compound precipitationg for removing Fluoride is invented. The method has steady property and lower output cost,since the conversion rate of P 2O 5 in phosphoric acid is 80%~96%.
