异形凹槽旋流管式燃油预热器的研制
Investigation on Unusual Eddying Tube Type Fuel Perheater
【摘要】 对研制的两种不同结构形式的异形凹槽旋流管式燃油预热器进行了试验研究 ,结果表明研制的燃油预热器总传热系数要比相同尺寸光滑管式预热器提高 2 0 %~2 6 .2 % ,而油侧压降仅增大 2 .8%~ 9.0 %。在传递相同热量条件下 ,强化 C型预热器可比光滑管式预热器节约传热面积 2 0 .1 % ,节约铜管材 1 9.5 % ,具有明显的节能效果
【Abstract】 Experiments are carried out for two types unusual eddying tube fuel perheater,and the results show the total heat transfer coefficient is 1.2~1.262 times and friction factor is 2.8~9.0 percent higher than that of smooth tubes with the same size.Under the same heat transfer condition,C type preheater can save area by 20.1 percent and copper material by 19.5 percent ,it proves to save energy greatly.
