烟草转Kmr基因植株性状鉴定研究初报
The character identification of tobacco plants with marker gene(Kmr)
【摘要】 将NPT -Ⅱ标记基因 (报告基因 )导入烤烟品种G - 14 0 ,获得抗Km(卡那霉素 )的烟草转基因植株 (GKmr)。通过对GKmr进行田间种植和鉴定 ,结果表明 :GKmr主要农艺性状较G14 0有所改善 ,但无显著差异 ,对工程植株进行自然发病率调查和温室接种试验 ,发现GKmr对烟草花叶病表现出较强的抗性
【Abstract】 The NPT-Ⅱ gene was successfully transferred into the cells of Nicotiana tabacum G140 The transgenetic plants with Kmr were planted and identied in the field The results showed that the major agronomical characters of GKmr had’nt much improvement except mosaic virus resistance
