【摘要】 对三组亲缘关系较近的品种 :砂子早生、砂激 2号 ;沪 0 2 1、沪 0 2 2、春蕾 ;1 2 1、银花露、白花、芒夏、朝霞、1 2 6 ;采用经过筛选的 2 2个 10碱基随机引物对其DNA扩增 ,通过RAPD带型分析 ,可得到鉴别。经聚类分析可知 ,来源于砂子早生无性系的砂激 2号具有与亲本较高的遗传相似系数 ,其他来源于有性杂交后代之间及其亲本遗传相似系数较上述二品种低更多还原

【Abstract】 DNAs of three groups of relative cultivars including Sinago wase,Shaji 2,Hu 021,Hu 022,Chunlei,1 2 1,Yinhualu,Baihua,Mangxia,1 2 6 and Zhaoxia were amplified with pre selected 22 decamer arbitrary primers,through analysis of RAPD bands.These relative cultivars could be identified.Indicated by dendrogram of the experimented honey peach cultivars,Shaji 2,which originated from radiated clone,had higher genetic similarity index with parent Sinago wase.The others from sexual hybridization and their parents had lower genetic similarity index than above mentioned two cultivars.更多还原
