名优茶机械提毫工艺研究
Study on making appearance tippy of famous green tea
【摘要】 对 6CJZ -2 5型卷曲形名优茶做形机用于名优茶提毫的工艺进行了研究。结果表明 ,机械用于名优茶提毫 ,其工艺要求应把握初干叶含水量在 2 0 %左右 ,提毫时间 5~ 8min ,则所制茶叶外形白毫显露 ,内在品质较佳
【Abstract】 Study was carried on curly tea forming machine (model 6CJZ-25) to make appearance tippy. The result showed that the machine could be used to make appearance tippy. It indicated that the leaf with water content of 20% and put into the machine for 5-8 minutes is the best selection to make appearance tippy.
