【Abstract】 Intramuscular injection of 20 day old healthy Changza piglets without inoculating similar vaccine with piglet oedema disease multivalent oil emulsion inactivated vaccine was carried out.the piglets were challenged with Hubei local isolated strains and O 138 ,O 139 and O 141 .Results showed that 0.50 mL(containing 30×10 8 CFU) immune dose per piglet had the best effect, and two weeks later the piglets’ serum antibody geometric agglutination titer reached 1∶640, protection rate reached 100%.更多还原
