【摘要】 研究了历代青花瓷的色料以及瓷胎和瓷釉的化学组成的变化及对工艺性能的影响 ,经研究发现历代青花瓷所用色料的种类变化很大 ,而且成分不同 ,使得历代青花瓷颜色深浅 ,鲜艳程度不同 ;其次 ,青花色调与烧成温度、气氛以及胎釉有关 ;而且 ,瓷胎 Al2 O3/Si O2 比值增高 ,K2 O+ Na2 O越少烧成温度越高 ;最后 ,釉中的钾、钠氧化物的含量增加 ,釉的高温下的特性和烧成后的性能均发生变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of colour materials,porcelain bodies and porcelain glazes of Blue and White in successive dynasties is studied.It is found that colour materials of Blue and White in successive dynasties vary.Its composition is also different.Thus,it made the colour of Blue and White change.The colour of Blue and White is also related to sintering temperature,atmosphere,porcelain body and porcelain glaze.Futhermore,the higher the ratio of Al 2O 3/SiO 2(the smaller the sum of K 2O+Na 2O),the higher the sintering temperature.Finally,if the content of Na 2O,K 2O increases,both the specific property under high temperature and property after sintering of glaze will change .更多还原
