抗郑氏植物蛋白兔血清抑制小鼠体内肿瘤生长的初步研究
Preliminary study on inhibition to mouse tumor growth in vivo of rabbit serum against Zheng′s plant protein
【摘要】 郑氏植物蛋白系从某种低等植物提取的一种糖蛋白。已有的实验结果提示郑氏植物蛋白具有肿瘤抗原活性。笔者对抗郑氏植物蛋白兔血清小鼠体内抗肿瘤作用进行了实验 ,结果表明 ,注射抗郑氏植物蛋白兔血清的试验组小鼠的实体瘤均重分别仅为生理盐水和正常兔血清两个对照组小鼠瘤块的 5 3.1%和 5 6 .5 % ,该抗血清对小鼠体内Sp2 / 0实体瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用。提示郑氏植物蛋白及其抗血清对肿瘤疫苗研制以及应用于肿瘤诊治方面均具有较大的潜在价值
【Abstract】 Zheng’s Plant Protein (ZPP) is a glycoprotein extracted from a lower plant. The results of some other experiments revealedthat ZPP is of the tumor antigen-like activity. The experiment of antitumor effect in vivo of rabbit-anti-ZPP serum was conducted and result showed that average tumor weight of test mice injected rabbit-anti-ZPP serum is less than both of control mice injected normal rabbit antiserum and normal saline respectively. It hinted that ZPP has important potential value in tumor diagnosing ,treating and tumor vaccine developing.
