用分子包埋法对BHT进行微胶囊化的研究
Studies on Microencapsulation of BHT by Paste Method
【摘要】 以β-环糊精为壁材,分别采用研磨法和超声波法对抗氧化剂BHT进行微胶囊化。以产品的包埋率、产率为评定指标,选取最佳心材与壁材的配比,最佳处理时间。结果表明:心材与壁材的最佳比例为12:88,最佳研磨时间30min,最适超声波时间为30min。
【Abstract】 Antioxidant BHT was micro-encapsulized by paste method and supersonic wave method respectively with β-clodextrin as wall material. With the covering up rate and products ratio as evaluation index, optimum pratio of heartwood to wall material and the optimum Processing time were selected. The results showed that the optimum ratio of heartwood to wall material was 12:88, the optimum abrasive time was 30 min, and the best supersonic wave time was 30 min.
