GFRP平衡管树脂基体配方的研究
Study on the Resin Matrix of GFRP Equilibrium Tube
【摘要】 目的 研究 TDE-85/ DDS体系 ,确定其固化工艺以及混合方法 .方法 测定体系粘度、凝胶时间以及做 DTA(差热分析 )曲线 ,并测定其玻纤复合材料的各项性能 .结果 确定了 TDE-85/ DDS体系的固化工艺 ,熔融过冷物法是其最佳混合方法 .结论 TDE-85/ DDS体系完全符合 VARTM工艺要求 ,其玻纤增强制品性能良好 ,马丁耐热为 2 2 0℃ ,体积电阻率为 2 .4× 1 0 8MΩ m,表面电阻率为 1 .9× 1 0 7MΩ.
【Abstract】 Aim\ To research TDE-85/DDS system, find the curing method and mixing method. Methods\ The viscosity, gel time and DTA curves of the system and the properties of E-GF reinforced composite material with it are measured by experiments. Results\ The curing condition is 100 ℃/2 h+130 ℃/3 h+170 ℃/3 h+220 ℃/3 h and the melting-overcooling method is proved to be the best mixed method. Conclusion\ TDE-85/DDS system is the suitable matrix for vapor assisted resin transfer molding and the properties of GFRP equilibrium tube have exceeded the technical-demands.
