【摘要】 研究了不同 pH、 Fe2+浓度及接种量对氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长的影响;在此基础上,以 H-2软性填料为载体,固定氧化亚铁硫杆菌.构建了固定床生化反应器.考察了不同稀释 率、通气量下固定床生化反应器氧化 Fe2+的情况,最大氧化反应速率可达4gEe2+/h.

【Abstract】 Thiobacillus ferrooxidans growth were investigated at different conditions: PH, ferrous iron concentration, and cell numbeL Depend on the study, a packed-bed bioreacter was developed which contained H-2 foam as biomass support particles for Thiobacillus ferrooxidans immobilization. With this bioreacter, the maxium Fe2+ oxidation rate of 4g/h was attained. The oxidation of ferrous iron at different dilution was studied in the packed-bed bioreactor
