【摘要】 从法律条文与实践差距之视角切入，关注妇女的婚姻家庭地位。认为这一问题应　关注特殊妇女群体的婚姻家庭问题。研究发现妇女对相关法律的　认知率较低；单亲母亲生活质量令人担忧；在离婚过程中，难有对妇女实质性的法律倾斜；　女性犯罪多与缺陷婚姻家庭有关联，女犯家庭中暴力倾向明显。认为解决妇女法律条文　与实践差距的问题，应注重教育并扩大对妇女素质的培训。建议完善保障妇女婚姻家庭权利　方面的法律与社会机制，建立与完善法律保障与监督机构。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the differences between law articles and practices, there is still a blind spot within Chinese research scope-paying close attention to women’s posit ion in marriage and family. To study it, we should pay much attention to the marriage and family problems of the special women group. Study after study showed that the rate of women’s cognition towards some relevant law is low; that single mothers’ living quality is worrying; that seldom does the law essentially benefit women during the process of divorce; that there is relationship between women’s committing crimes and their uncomplete marriage and family; and that violent tenden cy is obvious in female criminals family. Study shows that to remove the differences between law articles and practices, we should pay attention to and enlarge the education and training towards women’s level of competence. It is suggested that laws and social systems about protecting women’s right in marrige and family should be perfected, and that legal protective and supervisory organ should be s et up and perfected.更多还原
