【Abstract】 The system of legal remedy for the infringement of trade secrets is one of the most important tasks of the study on legal protection of trade secrets. This article, after comparing trade secrets legislation, the infringement actions and remedy methods in the United States,Japan and Germany, puts forward some proposals for perfecting China’s system of legal remedy for the infringement of trade secrets, by way of using legislation experience of the three countries’ for reference.更多还原
