普通高校人力资源管理专业人才培养模式
The Talent Training Model of Human Resource Management Speciality in University Education
【摘要】 根据新世纪我国经济和社会发展对人力资源管理专业人才的要求 ,着重设计了普通高等院校人力资源管理专业人才培养目标模式和课程体系设置。
【Abstract】 Based on the requirements of national economy and society development to human resource management speciality,the article designs the talent training model and course system for human resource management speciality in university education.
