关于完善我国风险投资机制的几点思考

【摘要】 高新技术产业是知识经济时代的第一支柱产业 ,风险投资在高新技术产业发展过程中起到了催化剂作用。本文对我国风险投资发展所面临的问题进行了探讨 ,并提出了相应对策。

【Abstract】 Hi-Tech industry is a primary back-bone industry of knowledge economy.Venture investment plays a catalyzing role in the development of Hi-Tech.In the paper,the problems in developing venture investment are discussed and its counter measures are proposed.
