催化荧光法测定痕量钼

【摘要】 在磷酸介质中 ,钼 (Ⅵ )催化过氧化氢氧化碘化钾 ,其反应产物使吖啶黄荧光猝灭 ,据此建立了催化荧光法测定痕量钼的新方法 .方法的检出限为 0 .15μg/L ,线性范围是 0 .16~ 2 .4 μg/L .2 0多种离子基本不干扰测定 ,将该方法用于茶叶 ,绿豆和矿泉水中钼含量的测定 ,结果满意 .

【Abstract】 A new kinetic fluorimetric method was proposed for the determination of trace molybdenum. The method is based on the fluorescence quenching of acridine yellow by the reaction product of hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide with Mo(Ⅵ) as a catalyst in phosphoric acid solution. The detection limit is 0.15 μg/L. The linear range of determination is 0.16~2.4 μg/L.The method suffers on interferences from more than 20 foreign ions. The method has been applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in tea, green bean and mineral water samples with satisfactory results
