【Abstract】 A gradient elution RP HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of salicylic acid and phenol in antipruritic tincture.The average recoveries of salicvlic acid and phenol were 100 32%(RSD 1 03%) and 99 37%(RSD 1 06%)respectively. The result showed that this method was simple, quick and suitable for analysis of antipruritic tincture in case work.更多还原
