石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定BHA中砷
DETERMINATION OF ARSENIC IN BHA BY GRAPHITE FURNACE ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 目的 建立一个简单快捷测定 BHA中砷的新方法。方法 本实验采用四氢呋喃溶解稀释 BHA样品 ,以 Pdcl2 -Mg(NO3)为混合基体改进剂 ,应用石墨炉原子吸收技术直接测定 BHA中砷。结果 本方法的最低检出限为 3 9pg,在 0 -60 ug/ L的浓度范围内 ,吸收值与砷浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数 r=0 .9978。结论 本实验不需对样品进行消化而直接测定 ,方法简便、快速、可靠 ,具有较好的精密度、准确度
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a new determination of arsenic in BHA. MethodsUsing tetrahydrofuran as a solvent, BHA sample diluted and treated with a matrix modifier which contains PdCl 2-Mg(NO 3) 2 Was directly determined by GFAAS.ResultsThe ABS is proportional to the concentration of arsenic in range of 0-60ug/L. The detection limit is 39pg and correlation coeffcient is 0.9978.ConclusionsThe dedection may be direct carried with no assimilation, the method was proved to be simple, rapid, and convenient, the analytical data were found to meet the demands of accuracy and precision.
