不同辐射剂量对果蔗种芽苗期生长的影响

【摘要】 采用 30 Gy、5 0 Gy、70 Gy三种等级的 6 0 Co射线对果蔗种芽进行辐射处理 ,结果果蔗苗期生长受到不同程度的影响 ,表现为出苗率、移栽成活率、分蘖率低 ,果蔗植株生长、叶片生长慢。并且随着辐射剂量的增加 ,影响程度随之加重 ;6个果蔗品种对 6 0 Co辐射敏感性不一 ,白鳝蔗对 6 0 Co辐射敏感性较弱 ,同安果蔗、白玉蜜蔗较强

【Abstract】 The growth of chewing cane suffered different influences after radiation by 60 Coγ-ray of 30 Gy, 50 Gy, 70 Gy in seedling stage, which reflected in low germination, high transplantation mortality rate, low tillering rate, slow growth of plants and leaves. At the same time, the influences increased with the increasing of dosages of 60 Co γ-ray. Bai-shang chewing cane had strong resistance to 60 Co γ-ray, while Tong-an and Bai-yi chewing cane had weak resistance to 60 Co γ-ray.
