【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞脱氧核糖核酸核蛋白体 (rDNA)转录活性的变化对肿瘤诊断及监测的临床意义。方法利用CLAS 10 0 0型细胞图像分析系统及相关的细胞培养、银染等技术 ,分析了 2 0例健康人和 177例恶性肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性 ,结果以细胞核仁积分面积 /细胞核积分面积 (I S % )、细胞核仁积分光密度 /细胞核积分光密度 (L O D % )来表示。结果恶性肿瘤患者的rDNA转录活性明显降低 ,与健康人比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论外周血rDNA转录活性分析对恶性肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定的参考价值 ,但能否作为评估肿瘤患者预后的监测指标尚需进一步深入研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the possibility of rDNA transcription activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes as a marker of carcinoma for diagnosing in cancer patients.Methods rDNA transcription activity was detected by CIAS-1000 cell image analysis system and relevant cell culture ,Ag-dye technique in 20 cases of normal and 177 cancer patients respectively,the results was described by I.S% nad I.O.D%. Results rDNA transcription activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes decreased in cancer patients ( P <0 01). Conclusion There was a significant difference of rDNA transcription activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes between normal and cancer patients.更多还原
