【摘要】 目的研究原发性高血压病人血清甲状腺激素水平的改变。方法用放射免疫分析法测定 38例高血压病人和 2 0例健康对照者的血清甲状腺激素水平。结果原发性高血压病人的血TT3、FT3值明显低于正常人 ,rT3值明显高于正常人 ,而TT4 、FT4 、TSH水平与正常组相比差异无显著意义 ;血TT3、FT3值的降低和rT3值的升高与高血压病的严重程度有关而与病程无关。结论原发性高血压常伴有低血清TT3、FT3水平 ,且随着高血压病情的加重而逐渐降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the alteration of serum thyroid hormone level in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The serum thyroid hormone level in 38 patients with primary hypertension and 20 healthy controls were measured with RIA.Results The serum TT 3 and FT 3 levels in patients with hypertension were markedly lower than healthy controls ( P <0.005 and P <0.001). The serum rT 3 levels were markedly higher than healthy controls(P<0.001). The serum TT 4 , FT 4 and TSH levels between them were no significant differences ( P >0.05). The fall of serum TT 3 and TT 4 and the rises of serum rT 3 were related to order of severity of hypertension, but not related to course of disease.Conclusion The patients with essential hypertension often have lower serum TT 3 and FT 3 levels. Along with the development of hypertension, serum TT 3 and FT 3 were gradually decreased.更多还原
