一氧化氮与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨一氧化氮 (NO)与 2型糖尿病 (DM)胰岛素抵抗 (IR)之间的关系。方法采用硝酸还原酶法、己糖激酶法、放射免疫法和乳胶凝集反应法检测 5 1例 2型DM患者NO、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)、糖化血红蛋白 (GHB)及计算胰岛素敏感性指数 (IAI) ,并与 32例正常对照组进行对比分析。结果 2型DM患者FPG、FINS及GHB明显增加 ,NO与IAI明显降低 ,差异显著意义(P <0 .0 0 1)。相关分析表明 :GHB与FPG呈正相前 ,与NO吴负相关 ,NO与IAI呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 2型DM存在高胰岛素血症 (HINS)和IR。NO与IR之间有密切关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between nitric oxide (NO) and insulin resistance (IR) of diabetes mellituw (Dm) (TypeⅡ). Methods Fasting plasma glucose (FRG),NO,fasting plasma insulin (FINS),glucose haemoglobin (GHB) of 51 cases with DM were determined by nitric acid reductase method,hexokinase method,radioimmunoassay,emulsion agglutinate reaction method,and the insulin acuity ines (IAI) were calculated.The data were analyzed by composed with those of 32 normal presons.Results FPG,FINS and GHB of patients were remarkable higher than those of normal persons,but NO and IAI were remakable lower ( P <0.001).GHB was correlated positively with FPG,but negatively with NO.NO is correlated positively with IAI ( P <0.01).Conclusion DM (TypeⅡ) patients have hyper-insulinemia (HINS) and IR.NO was highly correlated with IR.
