晶体中电光和旋光效应的精确计算(英文)
ACCURATE CALCULATION OF ELECTROOPTIC AND GYROTROPIC EFFECTS IN CRYSTAL
【摘要】 在晶体的电光和电旋光效应中 ,如果所加的电场和光线传播在任意方向时 ,快、慢光的折射率和偏振状态的计算是很复杂的 .本文提出了一种新的计算方法 .这一方法比文献4的简单 ,且晶体主折射率和任一传播方向上的折射率间关系紧密 .文中还提出 E矢量偏振状态的计算方法
【Abstract】 In this paper it is developed a new method for calculating the refractive indices and the states of E polarization of fast and slow lights in electrooptic and gyrotropic effects in crystal for arbitrary directions of applied field and light propagation.The advantage of the method is simpler than that in Ref.3,4 and that the relation between the major refractive indices and the refractive indices of phase propagation is closer.Particularly,the method also gives the calculation of the state of E polarization
