有氧运动训练延缓小鼠大脑老化的生化研究
Biochemical Study on Effect of Aerobic Training of the Aging Brain
【摘要】 通过对小鼠大脑线粒体形态功能及抗氧化水平的观察研究 ,旨在探讨大脑老化的过程、机理及有氧运动对其的影响。研究发现 ,老龄小鼠大脑线粒体数量减少、体积增大 ,呼吸链酶活性下降 ,氧化与抗氧化系统失衡 ,脂褐素含量增多 ;有氧运动训练能增强大脑抗氧化防御机能 ,延缓大脑线粒体伴随衰老出现的能量转换效率的下降。
【Abstract】 The present study observes effects of aerobic training on the age_related changes of mice brain mitochondria morphology,function and antioxidant activity.The results showed that the number of mitochondria reduced,and the volume increased.Mitochondrial respiratory chain enzymes activities declined with age,and the system of oxidant and antioxidant was imbalance.Adaptive changes of mitochondria were brought by aerobic training which might delay the age_related decline of mitochondrial function in brain.
