【Abstract】 Focussing on setting up Ministry of Vassal Affairs, determining titles of Dalai and Panchen and founding Gaxia political system, the author relates the main policies to Tibet implemented by central government of the Qing Dynasty, which stabilized and promoted social e-conomy of Tibet, improved and expanded national relationship of "the Hans and the Tibetans in the same family" in history.更多还原
