【Abstract】 A study has been on the specific properties of biololgy, chemical compositions and product development of Lactarius delicious (L:Fr) Gray. The results are as follows. There has been amino acid and microelements Cu?Zn?Fe?Mn?Ca?Mg?Na?K?P?Si, ect. in the Lactarius delicious (L:Fr) Gray. There are 5 kind of products of the edible mushroom.更多还原
