【摘要】 对超临界二氧化碳中紫苏籽油与乙醇在脂肪酶催化作用下的酯交换反应进行了研究 ,考察了反应压力、温度、时间、酶用量等因素对酯交换反应的影响 ,得到了一些有意义的结果

【Abstract】 The lipase-catalyzed transesterification of perilla frutescens seed oil with ethanol in supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, CO 2 pressure, time and weight of lipase used were investigated in detail with some interesting results obtained.
