【Abstract】 Bis-2-chloro-ethylamine hydrochloride was used as initial material by cyclizative condensation with o-Aminoanisole to get 1-(2-Methoxyphenyl) piperazine hydrochloride,which was demethylated by heating to reflux in aqueous of 48% HBr and acetic anhydride (v/v 1∶1 ) to afford the corresponding o-Hydroxy derivative,1-(2-Hydroxyphenyl) piperazine hydrobromide.The synthesized compound was identified with IR spectra.The result showed it was consistent with the proposed structure.更多还原
