试论刑事执行制度的改革及完善
Reform and Improvement on Criminal Enforcement System
【摘要】 目前我国刑事执行制度存在法律匮乏 ,执行主体混乱 ,行刑权配置失当重大问题。文章在分析问题基础上 ,提出制定科学的《刑事执行法》 ,实行行刑权一体化的主张。
【Abstract】 There are lack of laws and mixed-up enforcement subjects in the criminal enforcement system.The thesis analyses the problem and brings forward a idea of establish a Criminal Enforcement Law. [
