【Abstract】 Rock painting is one of the perceptual versions in which visual presentation adopted by primitive people to express their ideas. The expression and function of the picture images are quite distinct from those in modern paintings. The great cultural differences between the present and the primitive periods in appreciation might lead to serious misunderstanding if rock painting is interpreted based on the pattern and viewpoint that modern man tends to adopt. This article describes and analyses the cultural differences between rock painting and modern painting from an anthropological point of view to achieve an anthropological understanding of both the images and the ideas of rock painting.更多还原
