带孔弹性元件温度场的模拟实验方法
A simulation experiment method for studying the temperature field of elastic elements with holes
【摘要】 在一些特殊应用场合 ,传感器弹性元件处于温度梯度场而产生热应力 ,实验研究温度场及热应力分布是采取补偿措施的前提和基础。本文介绍了带孔弹性元件温度场研究的模拟实验方法 ,并根据获得数据整理出温度分布随几何参数变化的部分拟合方程。
【Abstract】 In some special applications,the elastic elements of sensors will produce thermal stress in a temperature field.A study of the distribution of a temperature field and the thermal stress through experimentation is the precondition and foundation of adopting compensation measures.This paper presents a simulation experiment method for studying the temperature field of the elastic elements with holes,and deduces a partial fitting equation based on experiment data,which shows the temperature distribution changes with geometric parameters.
