高原低氧环境对大鼠脑中枢丘脑内生长抑素含量的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨大鼠在高原低氧环境下丘脑内生长抑素 (Somatostatin ,SS)的含量变化 ;方法 :选用成年雄性Wistar大鼠以放射免疫分析法 (RIA)进行研究 ;结果 :大鼠在2 4h急性低氧条件下丘脑内SS含量的变化 ,与平原对照组相比海拔 2 2 6 1m增加 1 0 .70 %(P >0 .0 5 ) ,海拔 346 0m降低 1 0 .78% (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在 30天慢性低氧条件下丘脑内SS含量出现动态变化 ;1天~ 3天丘脑内SS含量趋于上升 ,3天~ 1 5天下降明显 ,1 5天~ 30天又趋于上升 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,差异有高度显著性 ;结论 :大鼠SS的合成与分泌可能受到低氧的影响。

【Abstract】 To explore a change of somatostatin (SS) in thalamus in Wister rats at high altitude.Methods:A total of 20 rats were enrolled in study,10 in the high altitude group and 10 in sea level control.The level of SS was measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:The level of SS was higher on the altitude group,exposed to 2 261m altitude for 24 hr,via.The lever of control,but the level of SS was lowed at 3 460m altitude relatively and the changes were not statistically significant.In summary,the level of SS had a various change in high altitude group compared with that in control.Increased level of SS occured during exposed high atitude 1~3 days,but SS discreased during 3~15 days and up to 15~30 days exposed altitude,the level of SS increased too (P<0.01).Conclusion:The synthesis and excretion of SS in thalamus could be related with altitude hypoxia in rats.
