【摘要】 目的 :评价金蒲抑瘤片治疗气滞血瘀证之原发性肝癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 :病例随机分为治疗组和对照组 :治疗组 :2 0 0例 ,口服金蒲抑瘤片 ,每天 3次 ,每次 5片 ,治疗≥ 4周 ,联合常规经肝动脉化疗栓塞、放疗治疗 ;对照组 :10 0例 ,常规经肝动脉化疗栓塞、放疗治疗。一个月后评价症状改善、肿瘤大小的变化 ,以及药物的毒副反应。结果 :治疗组病例的临床症状改善总有效率 (84% )高于对照组 (6 5 % ) ;治疗组癌灶总有效率 (CR+ PR+ NC)为 83% ,亦高于对照组(6 4% ) ;毒副反应低。结论 :金蒲抑瘤片对原发性肝癌的化学和放射治疗具有增效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and toxic side reactions of Jin Pu Yiliu Pian(Jin Pu inhibitive tumor tablets)in the treatment of primary liver cancer (PLC).Methods:200 patients with unresectable PLC were oral administiation of Jin Pu inhibitive tumor tablets(5# Tid,≥30d)combined with transhepatic arteral chemoembilization (TACE) or external radiation therapy(treatment group),and 100 patients were treated with TACE or external radiation as control group.Results:After the treatment,the symptom improve rate,overall response rate(CR+PR+NC) of tumor in treatment group (84% and 83%)were significantly higher than those of control group (65% and 64%,P<0.01),respectively.The toxic side reactions of drug is mild.Conclusion:Jin Pu inhibitive Pian combined with TACE or external radiation can enhancing the killing effect for tumor cell of patients with PLC.=更多还原
