【摘要】 目的 :对 2 49例 5个月～ 9岁健康儿童进行血锌原噗啉 (ZPP)含量调查。方法 :用 2 0 0 1型血荧光测定仪测定血锌原卟啉。结果 :95 %上限值男性每克Hb为 2 .67μg ,女性每克Hb为 2 .5 7μg ,不同年龄小儿血锌原噗啉含量有所不同 ,以 1岁以下组最高 ,随年龄增长有逐渐下降趋势 ,男女无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但不同年龄的小儿之间有差异 (P =0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :建议贵阳市区血锌原噗啉小儿正常值采用每克Hb小于 3 .0 μg,同时还应注意不同地区和不同年龄的差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To fined out the blood ZPP levels of children aged 5 months～9 years and adults in Guiyang. Methods: Tip blood samples were taken from 249 children aged 5 months～9 years and adults for ZPP level determination.Results: The mean blood ZPP level was 2.67μg/gHb in male and 2.57μg/gHb in female children and blood ZPP levels varied with different ages and living areas but no sex differences existed. Conclusion: the suggested normal blood ZPP value of children in Guiyang be <3.0μg/gHb.更多还原
