【摘要】 目的 :了解医学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 :采用流调用抑郁自评量表 (CESD)及自编的影响大学生心理健康调查表对 5 0 9名临床、预防及检验 3个专业医学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素进行调查分析。结果 :医学生抑郁症的发生率达 30 .5 % ,但不同性别、专业及年级间未发现显著性差异。对各种因素进行多因素线性回归分析后发现 ,影响医学生心理健康状况的生活事件因素包括个人心理问题和学习问题两个方面。结论 :医学生的心理健康状况不容乐观 ,应从个人心理问题和学习问题等生活事件因素入手 ,积极采取有效的干预措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze psychological health status and its influential factors in medical students. Methods: Five hundred and nine medical students majoring in Clinical Medicine,Preventive Medicine and Inspection Medicine were surveyed with CESD and a self administered Questionnaie in which thd influential factors were quantified.Results:The incidence of Depression among medical students reaches 30.5%. No evident differences were found among different sexs,majors and grades.By studing with multiple linear regression,it was found that the factors which influence on psychological health status of medical students in everyday life are personal psychology and study. Conclusion: Effective measures aiming to solve both the personal psychology problem and study problem should be actively taken in order to improve the unsatisfied psychological health satus of medical students.更多还原
