【摘要】 目的 :测定健康恒牙牙本质的钙、磷百分含量。方法 :通过吸光度测定 ,进行钙、磷含量的定量分析。结果 :测得钙、磷含量分别为 (2 5 0 5± 2 5 7) % ,(12 13± 0 47) %。结论 :冠段牙本质钙、磷含量高于颈根段。钙含量在双尖牙与第三磨牙之间以及年轻恒牙与成熟牙之间无差异 ,而磷含量在上述 2种比较中有一定差异。钙、磷含量与性别无关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Detecting the contents of Calcium and Phosphorus in dentin of the healthy permanent teeth. Methods:The experiment was carried out by the UV absorptive spectrum.Results:The contents of calcium and phosphorus were (25.05±2.57)% and (12.135±0.47)% respectively. Conclusion:The contents of Calcium and Phosphorus in the crown were higher than those in the neck and root.There was not any difference between the premolars and the third molars or between young permanent teeth and adult ones,while the content of Phosphorus had some defference.Both the contents of Calcium and Phosphorus were not affected by sex.更多还原
