氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定血中铅含量的方法研究
Study on Method for Determining Lead in Blood with Hydride Generation Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 目的 研究氢化物发生 -原子吸收光谱法测定血中铅的方法。方法 血中铅以铁氰化钾氧化 ,硼氢化钠还原生成铅化氢 ,用原子吸收光谱仪检测。结果 该法在 0~ 40 μg/L内 ,回归系数为 0 9998,检测限为 0 0 34μg/L,平均加标回收率为 94 7%~ 10 2 4% ,精密度测定相对标准偏差 1 4%~ 2 7%。结论该法对血铅测定是一个较为准确、灵敏、稳定的分析方法
【Abstract】 Objective The method for determining lead in blood with hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry was studied.Methods The blood lead was detected as hydrogenized lead,which was formed by the reduction reaction with potassium ferricyanide and sodium borohydride.Results Within the concentration range of 0~ 40 μg/L ,the correlation coefficient was 0 9998,the detecting limit was 0 034 μg/L ,the average recovery rate was 94 7%~102 4%,and the variation coefficient of precision was 1 4%~2 7%.Conclusions It suggests that this method is accurate,sensitive and stable.
