【摘要】 目的　研究尘肺发病率水平 ,评价防治效果 ,探讨预防措施的保护水平。方法　按统一设计的以登记全部粉尘作业工人及尘肺患者为中心内容的研究方案 ,对国内 11个厂矿的尘肺发病率水平进行调查 ;在此基础上 ,对防治尘肺效果及保护水平进行探讨。结果　 40年预防工作已取得肯定效果 ,粉尘浓度降低 ,尘肺发病率下降 ,30年工龄累积发病率防尘前为 0 2 86 8～ 0 5 0 2 9,防尘后下降到 0 0 10 5～0 113 9。结论　已运行 40余年的预防措施及其保护水平 ,可使粉尘作业工人 30年工龄累积发病率控制在0 0 0 73～ 0 180 3之间 ,多数厂矿尚未达到预期控制水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to probe into the protection level of preventive measures for pneumoconiosis through investigating the incidence rate of pneumoconiosis and assessing the effect of pneumoconiosis prevention.Methods Retrospective study was conducted in 11 factories and mines by means of unified methods based on patients and workers exposed to dust.In addition,effect of pneumoconiosis prevention and protection level was assessed.Results Results obviously showed that pneumoconiosis prevention has been successful after 4 decades endeavor,i\^e. the dust concentration decreased and the incidence rate reduced.30\|years cumulative incidence rate of 11 factories and mines decreased from 0 286 8～0 502 9 before adoption of dust prevention measures to 0 010 5～0 113 9.Conclusions The present preventive measures,which has been applying for nearly 4 decades,was proved to be able to control 30 years cumulative incidence rate in between 0 007 3 and 0 180 3 .However,most of factories and mines have not reached this expectation.更多还原
