丙烯腈对男工性激素水平影响的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨丙烯腈 (AN)对作业男工性激素水平的影响。方法 选择 71名长期接触AN的男工为接触组 ,选与其生活环境、经济条件、年龄相近的不接触任何毒物的男工 5 0人为对照组 ,测定其血清中T、LH、FSH和E2 水平。结果 接触组血清中T水平明显下降而E2 明显升高 ,与对照组比较差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 AN及其代谢产物CEO对睾丸组织的细胞产生了脂质过氧化作用致使间质细胞受损 ,因而使男工血中T下降、E2 升高 ,其确切机制尚需深入研究。

【Abstract】 Objective\ The effect of acrylonitrile(AN)exposure on male sexual hormone was investigated.Methods\ Blood samples of 71 male workers occupationally exposed to AN and 50 male workers without exposure history were collected.The levels of serum testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E\-2)were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results\ The results showed that the level of T in exposed workers was lower than that of unexposed workers,while the level of E\-2 was elevated significantly in exposed workers(P<0 01).Conclusions\ It was considered that AN exposure could induce lipid peroxidation and injure Leydigs cell in testis through AN and CEO,but the mechanism still needs further study.
