炉气黑度交替变化时高温炉内的传热效果
Effects of Heat Transfer on Variations of Flame Blackness Emission Alternately in High Temperature Furnace
【摘要】 :建立一种简化的高温火焰炉炉内均匀分配辐射传热模拟方法 ,用以讨论炉气 炉墙 炉料间的传热基本规律 ,考察炉墙的间接传热效果。在炉气黑度 0 .8,0 .3和 0 .8与 0 .3周期性交替改变的三种条件下 ,计算了炉墙与钢材升温温度场。结果表明 ,对于燃煤气的暗焰炉子 ,当以重油喷雾等手段造成炉气黑度周期变化时 ,会由于炉墙的间接传热面作用而缩短加热时间。
【Abstract】 For discussing on the elementary heat transfer regularity in the high temperature furnace and observing the indirect heat transfer effect of the furnace wall, establish the simulate method of share the heat rediation equally in the furnace and calculate the temperature fields of the furnace wall and heated steel with the ifferent flame blackness (0.8 and 0.3) and both alternately variations. The results show that, because of the indirect heat transfer effect of the furnace wall, the time heating steel is reduced for the low flame blackness furnace with gas fuel, on changing flame blackness periodicity by the some methods.
