【Abstract】 This paper indicates that supply chain is a new organization model that can decrease inter enterprise transaction cost. And then the total cost of inter enterprise of supply chain is analyzed including chance cost, transaction cost and production cost. And the paper analyzes the causes why supply chain can reduce transaction cost, such as information exchange, mutual trust, and fine partnership and the three phases, contact trade, mutual trust, and strategic association.
