多级多通道低电感火花气体开关
MULTI-GAP MULTI-CHANNEL LOW INDUCTANCE GAS SPARK CLOSING SWITCHES
【摘要】 简述了几种多级多通道低电感火花气体开关 ,分析了该类气体开关的设计原则 ,提出了一种中间电极采用不锈钢弹簧、触发电极位于主放电通道之外的同轴状气体开关的设计思想 ,初步试验表明 ,设计可行 ,开关电感较小。
【Abstract】 Several sorts of multi gap multi channel low inductance gas spark closing switches are outlined.The design principle on the switches is analyzed.The coaxial multi gap multi channel spring electrodes closing switch is presented.The elementary results indicate that the middle spring electrode design is beneficial to reduce the inductance.
