气体成分对植物细胞悬浮培养的影响
Effects of gaseous components in plant cell suspension cultures
【摘要】 气体成分对植物悬浮培养细胞的生长和次生代谢物的产量有深刻的影响。就有关氧、二氧化碳、乙烯和一些未知成分作用的研究进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Gaseous components, including oxygen, carbon dioxide, ethylene and some unidentified gaseous metabolites are proved to have profound effects on the growth and secondary metabolites’ accumulation of plant cell suspension cultures. Wider investigation is needed in this area to optimize cultivation strategies for improving production.
