【摘要】 目的从广西鼠类的膀胱中分离莱姆病螺旋体。方法膀胱组织标本接种BSK -Ⅱ培养基进行莱姆病病原分离培养。结果从广西雅长林场捕获的23只野鼠 (8只鼠标本培养污染 )中共分离出6株莱姆病螺旋体 ,分别命名为GXLD -4,8,9,16,18,20 ,分离阳性率为40 %(6/15)。结论首次从广西莱姆病宿主动物中分离出伯氏螺旋体 ,证实广西存在莱姆病的流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To isolate Lyme disease spirochetes from it′s host_rat in Yachang forest farm of Guangxi Province. Methods The rat’s tissues of urinary bladder were inoculated into the BSK-Ⅱ medium.After incubating for 7～14 days, the Borrelia burgdorferi was observed in dark_field microscope. Results From these rats,six isolates were obtained.They were named GXLD4,8,9,16,18,20.The positive rate of isolation is 40%(6/15). Conclusion It is the first report that Borrelia burgdorferi was isolated from Guangxi Province.更多还原
