【摘要】 目的了解柳州市中小学生肥胖现况及其影响因素。方法对一所中学和一所小学6～18岁共4075名学生进行肥胖筛查 ,采用病例对照研究方法研究其影响因素。结果学生肥胖总发生率为8.37 % ,其中小学生(9.85 %)高于中学生(6.32 %)(P<0.01) ,男生(10.51 %)高于女生(6.06 %)(P<0.01) ,儿童肥胖具有明显的家族遗传倾向性 ,儿童肥胖与家庭经济状况、饮食习惯、运动情况有密切的关系 ,与出生体重、父母文化程度、睡眠时间无关。结论加强体育锻炼 ,合理营养和平衡膳食是减少儿童肥胖的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence of obesity and its dangerous factors in one primary and one secondary school. Moethods Obesity was screened in 4075 students,and its dangerous factors were studied with the method of case_control study.Results The total obesity rate of the students was 8.37 per cent and the obesity rate of the students in primary school was higher than that in secondary school.The obesity rate of the males was higher than that of the females.The obesity showed a tendency towards familial heredity and was related to the weight of children,the education levels of parents and time of sleeping. Conclusion Taking exercises,reasonable nutrition and balancing diet are the effective measures to control obesity among children更多还原
